  • Profile

Bailey Pfingsten is a Trial Attorney at DiPasquale Moore who was drawn to the legal profession from a young age by a heightened sense of justice. She takes pride in serving as an advocate for victims and families and makes every effort to guide them efficiently through their legal journeys.

A Kansas native who grew up in Ulysses, Bailey has benefited from the experiences that come from rural small-town communities and was able to learn the value of working with people with diverse backgrounds, cultures, and abilities. She attended Southwestern College in Winfield, KS, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Leadership Studies and was a member of the Women’s Golf Team. After graduating, she went on to attend the Washburn University School of Law, later earning her Juris Doctorate.

Bailey’s highly competitive nature and desire to make a difference in the lives of others make her well-suited to personal injury law. In her efforts to help clients make their voices heard, she emphasizes personal attention, close communication, and the trust and rapport that create strong working relationships. With her broad negotiation and litigation skills, she offers clients the versatility that’s needed to produce positive outcomes in a range of proceedings.

In her spare time, Bailey enjoys playing golf, watching the Green Bay Packers, reading, attending musical theatre productions, and playing with her two Golden Retrievers.
