Gage FletcherTrial Attorney
After earning his JD from the University Of Missouri Kansas-City School Of Law, Attorney Gage Fletcher started his legal career by working as an Assistant Prosecutor in Greene County, Missouri. Once he began advocating for the rights of the wrongfully injured, he quickly realized that this was the best use of his skills and resources. While working on trials for victims of domestic assault, theft, and other violent offenses, he became intensely motivated to seek justice on their behalf and do his part to bring them closer to a peaceful resolution.
Gage now works on a wide variety of personal injury cases at DiPasquale Moore, especially those involving significant injuries or complex situations. In each case he handles, Gage's primary goal is to instill in his clients a sense of stability and strength so that they are able to focus on healing while he directs his attention towards obtaining the best possible legal results.
Gage is especially adept at trial advocacy, and he has significant experience trying cases and advocating for individuals from within the courtroom. He uses advanced legal research tools to gather as much pertinent information as possible in order to carefully consider the most promising legal option for his clients. His professional memberships include the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association for Young Lawyers, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the Legal Aid of Western Missouri, and the Bacchus Foundation.
Community involvement is very important to Gage, which is why he uses his skills and resources as an attorney to volunteer throughout the Kansas City area. He is involved in several organizations, including Big Brother’s Big Sisters, The Boy’s and Girl’s Club, and Great Circle Behavioral Health Services. Gage also organized the first Greene County Law Enforcement Basketball Clinic, which taught Springfield students core values and discipline while still supporting a fun environment.
When he isn’t working, Gage enjoys being active. He is an avid rock climber, and he also spends his time riding his bike, playing basketball, and trying new local restaurants.
