Case Summary:
Client was a passenger on a motorcycle that attempted to race a vehicle. The motorcycle lost control; ejecting the client from the back. The client sustained a broken collarbone and concussion. We received payment from the motorcycle driver as well as from the client uninsured motorist coverage for the phantom vehicle involved in the race.
