Case Summary:
Our client was driving near his home when a vehicle going 100 miles per hour came around the corner and hit him head on. The client sustained multiple broken bones which required more than 15 surgeries. Despite another passenger placing a claim for injuries, we were able to get a settlement for the client from the at fault driver’s insurance (for most of the policy limits) and the client’s underinsured insurance coverage.
