Case Summary:
Our wheelchair bound client sustained a broken neck, which required several days in the hospital and neck surgery due to the negligence of a limousine driver who had been hired to transport our client to the airport. While attempting to wheel our client out of the home and to the limousine, the limousine driver lost his footing, dropped the wheelchair and fell onto our client.
