Brett Newberry brings a range of experience in health law, family law, and estate planning to her practice. With an undergraduate degree in the health professions, Brett possesses an uncommon blend of legal and medical knowledge that gives her a unique edge in the world of personal injury.

When choosing a profession, it was important to Brett to find a role which combined her desire to help others with her intellectual interests. After taking an undergraduate property law course taught by a law professor, it became clear that going to law school and becoming a lawyer was the perfect fit. When the time came to choose a practice area, personal injury was an obvious choice because it allowed Brett to combine her passions for healthcare, law, and advocacy all in one.

In her legal practice, Brett is a nuanced and strategic negotiator who is protective of her clients and their interests. Her broad range of experience in both the courtroom and alternative dispute resolution techniques allows her to customize her approach to each client’s unique case.

In her client relationships, Brett has gained a reputation as an empathetic, diligent, and hard-working attorney who fights for each client just as fiercely as she would fight for herself. One of the most rewarding parts of Brett’s work is the opportunity it provides to reduce the burdens her clients carry while they navigate some of the most difficult periods of their lives.

In her free time, Brett enjoys taking dance classes, reading, and going on bike rides with her family.
