Carrie Gaines grew up in South Bend, Indiana, and attended Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana, where she studied Philosophy and then attended John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where she received her JD and LLM in Intellectual Property Law in 2001. Carrie began her legal career in Indiana and has extensive experience in a variety of practice areas. Carrie has settled hundreds of cases and is a certified mediator. She has extensive courtroom experience and has also served as in-house counsel and municipal counsel for small corporations and cities.
In 2015, Carrie moved to Nebraska and is now focused solely on protecting the rights of injured people. Carrie is licensed in Nebraska, Iowa, and Indiana.
Her strong desire to help people is what drew Carrie to a career in law. Her approach to her practice is service-driven, and she cares very deeply about getting the best result possible for her clients. Carrie approaches each case with diligence and empathetic care to produce the best outcome for each client.
When Carrie is not in the office, she can be found at home in Dundee with her husband, two teen daughters, and dog. When not driving her daughters about, Carrie enjoys walking the dog, pickleball, trivia, and traveling.
