While traveling along the 18th Street Expressway, our client and her husband’s vehicle broke down. The husband exited the car to inspect the issue. Shortly after, a Good Samaritan stopped behind their vehicle to help.
A third vehicle crashed into the back of the Good Samaritan’s car with significant force, causing a chain reaction. The impact pushed the Good Samaritan’s vehicle forward into the rear of our client’s car.
