The team at DM Injury Law was proud to lend a helping hand to local non-profits and organizations this past June! Take a look at our June 2026 community involvement events that our law firm volunteered for and sponsored in Kansas City and St. Louis!
Kansas City Law Firm Community Service Initiatives

Hablemos June Session
A fun evening of connection, culture, and community! We enjoyed great conversation, food, drinks, and networking, all in Spanish. This was a welcoming, supportive space for all fluency levels, from absolute beginners to advanced speakers.
DM Injury Law was proud to sponsor Hablemos, and we looked forward to creating an environment that strengthened fluency and fostered deep connections within our community.
Do Good Foundation June Mobile Food Bank
In partnership with Harvesters, the “Do Good” Foundation offered monthly food distributions to serve its clients and other residents of Kansas City’s East Side and beyond.
We participated in this Mobile Distribution, which gave us a unique opportunity to engage with the community and see firsthand the impact of our efforts. On average, more than 150 families came through to receive assistance, and we were proud to support this important initiative.

Kansas vs Missouri All-Star Game
The annual Kansas vs. Missouri All-Star high school football game brought together some of the best young talent from high schools across the region. This exciting showcase of athleticism and skill captured the essence of high school football excellence. Scouts, coaches, and fans gathered to witness the extraordinary talent on display. The game served not only as a platform for showcasing the remarkable abilities of these young athletes but also as a stepping stone for many pursuing their dreams of playing college or even professional football.
It was a day filled with excitement, and we were proud to support an event that celebrated the dedication and hard work of these rising stars. The camaraderie among players, the support of their families and friends, and the energy from the stands created an unforgettable atmosphere. Beyond the touchdowns and tackles, the event fostered a strong sense of community and pride while highlighting the achievements of these talented athletes as they stepped into the spotlight.
Guns N Hoses
Kansas City Guns N Hoses was a "RED" vs. "BLUE" charity boxing event that brought our area's finest firefighters, EMTs, and police officers together to raise funds for the families of fallen first responders.
This event benefited the programs of the Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission (KCMCC), primarily the SAFE program (Surviving Spouse and Family Endowment). SAFE provided immediate financial assistance to families of first responders who were killed or suffered catastrophic injuries in the line of duty.
SAFE provided financial assistance to the dependent families of first responders within its 13-county coverage area who were killed or suffered catastrophic injuries while serving their communities. We learned that insurance payments and other benefits often took weeks or even months to arrive, while families continued to face immediate financial obligations.
One of the most important aspects of SAFE was the rapid support it provided. Financial assistance was often delivered within 24 to 48 hours following the tragic loss or catastrophic injury of a loved one, helping families navigate an incredibly difficult time.

St. Louis Law Firm Community Service Initiatives

The Delmar Loop Juneteenth Celebration
DM Injury Law sponsored the Delmar Loop Juneteenth Celebration, a community event that brought together community residents, performers, and vendors for a day centered on culture, connection, and joy. The celebration began with the Reconciliation Network’s 5K Race and continued with live music, dance performances, art, and local vendors.
Hispanic Festival, Inc, 2026 Fiesta in Florissant
DM Law was proud to sponsor the 2026 Fiesta in Florissant, one of the largest celebrations of Hispanic culture in the region. The festival brought the community together while highlighting local Hispanic-owned businesses, cultural organizations, and nonprofits. We are grateful to support events that celebrate diversity and strengthen our St. Louis community.

Boys & Girls Club Jim Butler Memorial Classic
DM Injury Law joined the Boys & Girls Club of Greater St. Louis at the 26th Annual Jim Butler Memorial Golf Classic. The event brought together community supporters to raise funds for critical youth programs, including academic support, nutritious meals, and fitness opportunities for local Club members.
