Our client was seriously hurt in a car accident at the intersection of N 1910 Road and E 1230 Road in Sayre, Oklahoma, when another driver failed to yield the right of way. The collision caused our client traumatic brain injuries, including a concussion and brain bleed, leading to medical treatment, time away from work, and a difficult recovery.
After the crash, we worked to show the full impact the injuries had on our client’s life. In addition to medical records, we gathered proof of lost wages to demonstrate how the accident affected their ability to earn a living.
By building a strong claim and pushing for fair compensation, we helped secure $125,000 for our client. Of that, $25,000 from the at-fault driver’s insurance and an additional $100,000 in uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. This result gave our client financial support while focusing on healing and moving forward.
