Our client was pulling out of a gas station near an intersection in the OKC Metro. Another driver attempted to avert traffic and pulled out in front of our client. There was a dispute as to who was responsible for causing the subject collision. Our client suffered neck and back injuries which necessitated medical treatment. The other driver's auto insurance initially denied the claim and disputed liability.
DM Injury Law filed suit to seek fair compensation for our client. Following discovery and depositions, the case ultimately settled for $100,000. Our client believes she was fully compensated for the harms and losses she suffered in the subject collision.
