Natalia Martínez is part of the DM Law team, where she works as a Community Outreach Coordinator, supporting nonprofit organizations in Kansas City that work with the local community.

For her, having a job that is sustainable and intentional in giving back and participating in the community is extremely important.

One thing she truly enjoys is the ability to communicate with members and leaders of the Latino community. That—and more—is why she loves her job at DM Law!

Hispanic Connections

Natalia was born in Independence, Missouri, and grew up influenced by her Latino roots, as her father is from Colombia and her mother from Honduras, making her bilingual.

What Natalia enjoys most about her culture is the food and music. Her favorite food is Colombian empanadas, and her favorite artists are Karol G, Kali Uchis, Nathy Peluso, and Trueno.

Education

Natalia studied at Northwest Missouri State University, where she earned her degree in International Business.

Fun Facts

Natalia has seven chickens, two large dogs, and two chihuahuas.
