As a Liability Specialist, he is responsible for sending letters of representation, as well as gathering records from police departments and other involved parties.
At times, his work also involves translating documents written in Spanish for the Liability Department.
Yaniel not only enjoys the culture and work environment, but also feels very proud of his work, as he recognizes that the DM Law team truly cares about their clients and wants to help them.
Hispanic Connections
Yaniel was born in Kansas City, Missouri. When he was seven years old, his family moved to Miami, Florida, and in 2023, they returned to Kansas City.
He is the son of Cuban parents who moved to the United States in 2000.
He learned Spanish with his family and also in school in Miami.
Education
Yaniel attended South Miami Senior High School and began working at DM Law one year after graduating.
Fun Facts
Yaniel’s favorite food is Cuban cuisine, especially the dishes prepared by his older sister. He enjoys music by Latin artists such as Bad Bunny.
He has a rescue dog named Mía, who loves to play outside.
