Attorney Brian Tadtman is a trial-tested lawyer with ample experience representing clients both in and out of the courtroom. He is dedicated to fighting for what is right, which is why he practices personal injury law with an emphasis on cases involving defective medical devices and dangerous pharmaceuticals. Each case Brian handles is personal, which is why he takes the time to provide a sympathetic ear to his clients. He prides himself on his empathy and his ability to provide his clients and their families with the straightforward legal advice and guidance they need.

During his years in practice, Brian has participated in several large cases. He acted as the lead attorney on two separate bellwether cases in national MDL litigation, and he was appointed to the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee for the National Federal Farxiga MDL by the Honorable Judge Lorna Schofield.

Each and every case Brian takes receives his utmost care and attention. He approaches each case with an eye on trial, that way both he and his clients are prepared if the time comes. And, if they are able to settle outside of court, his thoroughness only provides additional support.

Brian’s legal work has earned him a selection to the 2018 Rising Stars List by Super Lawyers, and he also received recognition on The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in Missouri.

When he isn’t working, Brian volunteers at the Blue Valley School District for the We The People program and he also helps at the Center for Advanced Professional Studies. He also enjoys spending time with his son and the rest of his family.
