Attorney Ivan Camejo’s compassionate nature and genuine passion for helping others first drew him to the legal profession. At DiPasquale Moore, these qualities continue to help him excel at representing clients in matters of personal injury.
From a very young age, Ivan found that debate was not only something at which he was skilled but also something he greatly enjoyed. When he learned he could adapt this skill to help others seek justice through civil claims, he set out on the path to become a lawyer and never looked back. He attended Rockhurst University to obtain his bachelor’s degree, then the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law to earn his Juris Doctorate.
Being of Dominican descent, Ivan is fluent in both English and Spanish. He has noticed that his background has influenced how he represents different clients. Most specifically, his exposure to Dominican and American cultures has granted him the ability to see issues from varying perspectives, allowing him to effectively represent clients with their goals in mind.
Prior to joining DiPasquale Moore, Ivan assisted clients in legal areas besides personal injury: landlord-tenant, real estate, and family law. His competitive nature motivates him to fight tooth and nail for his clients while prioritizing a high standard of ethics and morals — an approach that has resulted in diligent representation in which his clients can have confidence, as they know their voices have been heard.
Outside of the courtroom, Ivan enjoys spending time with his fiancee and his family with whom he is very close. He finds great pleasure in taking his three dogs to the dog park, watching football, exercising, and cooking.
