From an early age, Attorney Michelle Pflumm knew she wanted a career that would allow her to help others. While acquiring her B.S. in Criminal Justice at Texas Christian University, Michelle saw an opportunity to achieve that goal by becoming an attorney, and shortly after earning her undergraduate degree, she went on to earn her Juris Doctorate at the Washburn University School of Law.
Before joining DiPasquale Moore as a personal injury attorney, Michelle had the chance to practice in insurance defense, where she learned about the insurance process from the “other side.” Drawn once again to helping others, she decided to focus on representing injury victims on the plaintiff’s side – and advocating for the most vulnerable people among us.
A Kansas City native, Michelle has deep roots in this area and works hard to maintain strong relationships within her community. As an attorney, Michelle believes that it’s critical to know and understand your clients, showing empathy and compassion while working hard on their behalf. This is especially important in areas like catastrophic injury, wrongful death, nursing home neglect, and medical malpractice, where Michelle focuses her practice.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys traveling, socializing with friends and colleagues, and spending time with her dog Khloe. She is also an active member of many professional memberships and legal organizations and strives to continue learning in all areas of her life.
