Parker Nocita knew at an early age that he wanted to pursue a career in law when he began noticing the omnipresence of legal systems in everything from filmmaking to government. He was also inspired by his grandmother, a trailblazing U.S. Attorney who served in two federal districts.
After graduating from the University of Kansas and earning his law degree from the UMKC School of Law, Parker began his legal career clerking for a plaintiff’s personal injury firm, where he discovered a passion for advocating for individuals. Following a short stint in family law, he returned to personal injury work where he finds purpose in helping injured clients recover financially and emotionally.
Parker takes a client-first approach, valuing empathy, clear communication, and efficiency. Having experienced the challenges of an accident himself, he understands the frustrations clients face and works hard to enlighten clients and to make the process as smooth as possible.
A native of Overland Park, Kansas, Parker lives in the North Kansas City area with his two orange cats, Gilgamesh and Archie. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, music, writing, and going to the movie theater every chance he can get. He is active in the KCMBA, the St. Joseph Bar Association, and volunteers with Johnson County Parks and Recreation.
