A detail-oriented, goal-driven individual by nature, Attorney Geoff Lydick always uses his hardworking attributes to his clients’ advantage. After graduating from the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law, he worked as a defense attorney. As a defense lawyer, Geoff gained invaluable knowledge of insurance company strategies and adjuster assessments; he has also argued before the Missouri Court of Appeals Western District. These experiences give him an advantage in court and in the negotiation process because he knows how adjusters and defense attorneys strategize. With this knowledge, Geoff aims to discover ways to minimize any potential weaknesses in a case in order to obtain the justice and compensation his clients deserve.
When Geoff takes on a new case, he uses his ample experience and skill to build a personalized legal strategy to obtain the best possible verdict or settlement. He wants his clients to be as comfortable with the entire legal process as possible, which is why he always tries to put himself in his clients’ shoes.
