It is basically if you receive medical treatment from a provider, they, under the law, can assert a medical lien to be paid back from your settlement money. Or another type of a lien is if your health insurance makes payments, or Medicare, Medicaid, or workers' compensation. Even though they are not a medical provider, they have a right of repayment. That is essentially what a medical lien is. Now, what we do, in any case, is we try and bring as much money in as possible as we possibly can get as much as much value for the harms and losses that you suffered. That's on the front end I call it. On the back end, we try to have you pay back as little as possible. So those medical liens are negotiable. So we go in and we try and negotiate those as low as possible. And the difference of that is the total compensation that you receive. And so that's when you're talking to a lawyer you want to ask them, hey, what are you going to do for me? Are you going to bring in the most value for my claim, the harms and losses that I suffered? Also, what about my medical bills? Are you going to help me take care of those? What about those medical liens?
