Samuel BarnettTrial Attorney
When Attorney Samuel Barnett represents a client who has been injured, his primary objectives are simple: help the client regain their health, recover maximum compensation for their damages as quickly as possible, and successfully see the client through the end of the ordeal. During his legal career, Samuel Barnett has already made a name for himself among his clients as a trusted legal authority.
Samuel grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, before attending college in St. Andrews, Scotland, where he studied International Relations and Economics. After earning his Bachelor’s degree, he returned to the Midwest for law school and graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with his JD.
He now focuses on civil litigation and personal injury cases, and occasionally assists the Midwest Innocence Project as a pro-bono attorney. Samuel understands the importance of listening to his clients, which is why he emphasizes the importance of the story behind each case. By fleshing out the truth of the matter, Samuel strategically advocates for the rights of his clients and uses his experience and resources to help the client move on and put this ordeal in the rearview mirror.
Attorney Samuel Barnett is admitted to the Missouri, New York, and Kansas Bar Associations, and he is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association as well as the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. He also volunteers with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Kansas City.
